Responsibilities Develop the regional field marketing plans to supports sales objectives and grow the customer base in specific areas / segments Work closely with regional and local sales teams to develop marketing support programs to drive lead generation and achieve Regional revenue targets Actively work with corporate marketing to develop sales tools and campaigns to drive leads and revenue in the region Ensure Brand guidelines are followed and executed regionally and locally Tailor sales collateral to Regional and local market sales needs from corporate provided tools Develop unique Regional sales tools as required Execute Regional tradeshows that are deemed strategically important Support Sales and Regional leaders in creating and executing customer events to drive customer retention and prospect development Support Regional sales teams RFP development Develop and execute customer awareness and retention programs to meet the regional objectives around growth of customers and revenue Execute companies social purpose programs regionally Support sales teams in the development of relevant regional customer stories (case studies) Support Regional sales teams with relevant Lunch & Learn content modules Support Regional Leader with regional internal communications Support Regional sales with major account development support Develop external PR opportunities to direct to corporate PR department Research, recommend and drive targeted marketing plans to bring together regional and corporate opportunities and partner activities. This role will need to establish a close and efficient two-way communication with sales leadership, marketing leadership, corporate and the field sales teams Actively participate in collaboration and sharing best practices effective marketing collaboration across North America regions Execute regional and local free social media marketing targeted to existing clients in line with corporate guidelines & messaging strategies Forecast, evaluate, measure and report on regional marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI Report on key results and other predetermined KPIs on a regular basis including lead generation, revenue attribution, etc Working closely with Regional Team to help develop & measure progress against annual lead generation targets for the region, and partner with all region channels to achieve lead targets, conversion rates, and achieve region revenue targets (monthly, quarterly, and annually) Develop lead generation programs to help channels hit targets

Bachelor's degree in marketing or advertising Minimum of 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience Behavioral

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Self-directing and agile, with the ability to quickly pivot strategies, as needed Passionate, creative thinker with exceptional analytical skills Team player with superb collaboration and communication skills Driven by the use of data in optimizing marketing performance
Experience:
Proven success in a field/regional marketing role Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, CRM and other related platforms (HubSpot and Salesforce a plus) Exceptional project management skills, with a keen eye for detail Microsoft 365 (including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Regional travel will be required (up to 20%) Travel to corporate office in Denver (5%) WORK REQUIREMENTS:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
