SUMMARY Management of FleetFocus M5 fleet maintenance database and related software, training field and corporate users on use and functionality, extracting maintenance records and data as requested, and coordination with AssetWorks (software developer) for current issues and future upgrades. Key Duties Develops, implements, and maintains front-end technical aspects of the system including but not limited to:
Forecaster, TechSpecs / Warranty TechSpecs, job code creation, training, test suite development, campaign creation, new screen creation, dashboard creation, etc. Maintains back-end technical aspects of the system configuration including but not limited to:
system flags and settings, system interfaces, product testing of system patches and upgrades, scheduled system maintenance, and ensuring systems and applications are up and running and working as expected. This includes M5 production server, M5 test server, and SmartApps (WorkCenter, Inspections App, etc.) Monitor any reported device/systems connectivity issues or outages and troubleshoot/resolve as needed. In some cases, act as liaison between internal IT teams and AssetWorks to resolve escalated issues. Work with leadership in maintenance and operations to identify issues with the system that may need correction, operational needs that can be solved within the system, or gaps in understanding where training is needed and develop/provide said training to all impacted employees Extract data / develop reports to support operational requests and requirements using SQL, Crystal Reports, Snowflake, Tableau, SSRS, etc. Develop and maintain training documentation to assist field and corporate users in their daily activities within the maintenance systems. This includes basic system usage and understanding, management and leadership use of key features and functionality, as well as IT help desk and maintenance support troubleshooting guides. Qualifications/Skills Bachelors Degree in related field or (i.e. industrial engineering, business) 2 years previous experience as corporate training specialist, or related position preferred 2 years experience in systems administration and end-user training preferred Basic knowledge of fleet maintenance standards/procedures preferred Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms preferred Data Analysis using SQL, Crytal Report or Tableau required Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management Must be organized and able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Strong team building skillsets Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to identify and analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
