is currently seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team in Farmersville, TX.
Position
Summary:
The Groundskeeper is responsible for the upkeep of the grounds and landscaping, including mowing, pruning, trimming, edging, and chemical applications.
This position is also responsible for any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Essential Duties:
Maintain and care for all landscaping and grounds.
Mowing with zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, and tractors.
Operate weed eater and edger to trim around structures and fences.
Operate chainsaw & pole saw to prune, trim, and remove trees.
Clear debris and remove trash as needed.
Use hand tools such as trimmers, shovels, etc.
Assist with basic maintenance of buildings and grounds.
Maintain all equipment and vehicles.
Ensure that all tools are properly maintained and properly stored.
Perform general cleaning and maintenance of buildings as needed.
Maintain work area by keeping it clean, organized, and ready for work each day.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

Must be able to perform the essential duties of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
